Sean Hannity has posted on his website, his 10 Items for Victory. I agree with most everything he said, but I’m curious to know what you all think about these 10 items.

1a) I agree with.
1b) I don’t “Fully support” all NSA programs, nor all provisions of the USA Patriot act.
1c) I agree with.
1d) I agree with.
2a) I believe there should be some “pre-conditions”… however, I do believe that that lower level officials in government should be negotations. Reagan did have negoations going on with lower level officials in “the Evil Empire” before the USSR and USA have high ranking members meet each other.
3a) true and true.
3b) I agree.
3c) It needs to be balanced by cutting programs. However, Democrats will want to cut Republican programs and Republicans will want to cut Democrat programs. That is the problem.
4a) there are 50 states.
4b) I agree.
4c) Yes competely. In fact, I think the State of Nevada should get the US Federal Government to build a Nuclear Power Plant in Yucka Mountain to be powered by recycled nuclear rods as a condition to any neogotions.
4d) Do we need to expand coal mining?
4e) Yes, I agree.
5) I do believe that we need to secure our borders. It is, funny however, how we agree in 3a to reduce government spending (and likewise reduce the size of government) yet here we want to spend money to build a fence, try “new technologies” and hire more agents. Seems kinda funny.
6) I believe that every American should have “catastrophic insurance” from the government, if they don’t have any other insurance coverage. However, I don’t believe that the Federal Government should have ANY other role in health insurance.
7) The Federal Government should abolish the Department of Energy. I do not support vouchers. The idea is a good one, however, the same problem that is plagging public colleges. How much money is spend on DOE compliance? We setup vouchers and I’m afraid that the cost of compliance will make private schools become so expensive that it will not be realistic for most families to send their children to private school. I think the best option would be a Federal Tax credit.
9) I agree.
10) I think the easiest way way to sum this up would be “I do swear to defend and uphold the Constitution”.
